His previous working experience included the following: deputy chief engineer of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.; general manager of Shenzhen Tai Kang Xin Industrial Co. Ltd.; deputy director general and then director general of Shenzhen Luohu Science & Technology Bureau; deputy head, head and then secretary of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Luohu District Government. Mr. Ni received his full-time PhD degree in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and is an on-the-job PhD candidate majoring in Business Administration at Sun Yat-sen University.

Mr. Ni has the foresight to predict policy direction and development tendency. He has unique strategic vision and keen business sense. He is familiar with government operations and is equipped with strong capability in resource integration and coordination.

Mr. Ni is Co-Chair of the Venture Capital Fund Specialist Committee of the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC), member of the Fund of Funds Specialist Committee of AMAC, Chairman of China Torch Entrepreneur Mentor Association, member of Shenzhen Financial Development Decision-Making Consultation Committee, Director of Shenzhen Venture Capital Association, etc. He was ranked in the Top 100 Lists for China’s Investors 2017 and 2018 by Zero2IPO Group, and in the Top 100 List for China’s Best Venture Capitalists 2017 by ChinaVenture Group.
