Mr. Zuo joined Shenzhen Capital Group in June 2019 and is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Chairman of Shenzhen Capital Group(SCGC). He worked for the China Securities Regulatory Commission since July 2000 and served as Deputy Director of the Overseas Listing Division and Director of the International Organization Division of the International Cooperation Department, Party Committee Member and Deputy Chief of the Seventh Division of the Inspection Corps, Party Committee Member and Deputy Commissioner of the Office of the Shenzhen Regulatory Commissioner,Party Committee Memberand Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau. Mr. Zuohas extensive experience in securities market supervision.
